Except for Kikkoman soy sauce, made in Japan for 500 years (company families go back to 1603). It’s so good that Chinese buy it from Japan. And Japan produces it not only in Japan, but in China, USA and Europe. So some of those soybeans will make it into soy sauce made in China, but owned by Japan. Number one soy sauce in America (I’ve used it on everything since the 1950s.)
