If it were truly accidental, it wouldn't even be manslaughter, which requires some level of mental culpability.

Otherwise, every traffic accident that resulted in death would involve a charge of involuntary manslaughter.

I don't ever remember seeing a traffic death where someone was killed and someone else wasn't charged with either vehicular homicide or manslaughter unless is was some fool who ran off the road and killed himself.
