McCarthy that is on pace to replace him is just as bad. Exchange one buffoon for another buffoon

Just moving him out and replacing with another just like him so a conservative can’t get in.
You really cannot be worse than Boehner. I have little hope for McCarthy, but this has been nothing short of a disaster. The guy couldn’t even communicate basic messages. I used to have respect for Boehner, but he’s been the single biggest failure I’ve ever seen in a leadership position at any level in any organization.
I would love to see someone other than McCarthy, but hopefully he can at least pick one or two issues and actually advance then. I’ll take 25% of a loaf vs none.
Well, imo, McCarthy is a bit better, but not much. He can speak pretty persuasively when he wants to. Maybe he’ll get the message that the GOP needs to step up to the table.
I don't get why this has to be a given. Why?! Doesn't the majority of Congress, presumably Republicans, get to choose the Speaker?

Let it be known that anyone of his lieutenants are not acceptable. There needs to be a clean sweep at the top.

Yeah, McCarthy has a 45% Conservative rating, compared to Boehner’s 35%. Neither of them are close to being conservative.
Probably. But THIS one will be gone. One less “If elected I will work with President Obama” liberal.
