Without knowing any details, this was the kind of thing (and worse) I remarked about a year ago when I proposed the suicide rate of our returning military was the result of decision making conflict and not (so much) because of the horrors of war
What DOES a GI feel having been in a combat zone all pumped up on red, white and blue juice fighting an enemy they can't tell from the populace, and unable to engage without permission (teacher, may I go to the bathroom?) ... when they return to the social and political turmoil that directly affects their everyday life and, again, they can do nothing about it when their warrior instinct says, kill it.
