I am/was such a strong Trump supporter. I like his fire and I tolerated his low insults because I so like the fact he hits back and calls it like he sees it... and defends the group (right Conservatives) that is being so attacked and maligned by the media.. and the GOP.
BUT.... I wish he’d do this so he wins. I’m growing weary of his rough insults. He can do so much good if he’d just do this with the intelligence I think he owns. He’s missing the mark and causing to be so much more difficult than it should be.. for he does have the fire to do it right. WHY Can’t he do it so it goes a long way to his successful end.
As it is, I’m afraid if his numbers begin to sink, and someone else overtakes him, he’ll still believe the people want him and he’ll run independent and the dems end up winning.. which is my worst nightmare!
I know he said he wouldn’t do that... but if push comes to shove.. I’m not so sure but that he WOULDN’T.
He can’t continue the ‘low insults’ into the actual primary season when issues and positions are discussed.
That’ll be in about a month.

I understand a lot of Trump supporters would rather he focus more on the issues, but there’s a method to Trump’s madness. There will be time to be more presidential later, but right now Trump knows that if he doesn’t win the nomination then none of it matters. You may find it distasteful, and I respect that, but Trump knows what he’s doing. He’s getting under their skin with personal insults that have a ring of truth. The youthful jab at Rubio wouldn’t have the same effect on someone like Cruz, because Cruz is obviously a serious thinker. But with Rubio, there’s some truth to it. Same with the ‘low energy’ characterization of JEB.

But it is okay for him to be insulted? How are Rubio’s insults on a higher plane? There are a number of posters on this site who start out with the same “I am/was such a strong Trump supporter.” The descriptive “strong” gives you away.
Saving a country is worth a billion insults. The GOPe and their buds who are all in with the globalist agenda do not deserve our support.
Buck up and get trumped up to squash then down. They deserve it!
