Doesn't a pardon have to be for a specific crime?
There may be too many to list...:^)
But I am not holding my breath to see her behind bars either...
I wonder if Snowden has anything to do with this dumping of so many articles on her today? Or is there a ‘leak’ in the FBI????
Department of Justice and White House policy has been that before there can be a pardon, there has to be an indictment. There've been exceptions, including Ford's amnesty for Viet Nam-era deserters/ draft dodgers, and the Reagan pardoning of FBI officials, including *Deep Throat* Mark Felt, after Felt was convicted in 1980 of violating the civil rights of people thought to be associated with members of the Weather Underground Organization when Felt ordered FBI agents to search their homes as part of an attempt to prevent bombings.
But in this case, I don't think there'll be any great rush to keep Hillary from dangling, dangling in the wind.
