Is Debka reliable?
I thought Debka was on FR's "No Thanks" list right alongside Prison Planet.
Have they ever published anything that if not outright false, was at the very least a massive exaggeration of events?
Anything from DEBKA should be read with a grain of salt. But it could be true.
Debka is thought to be run by some intelligence services (probably Israeli). It is used to float trial balloons, spread rumors to gauge reactions, relay facts but spin them in an odd way to gauge reaction, and sometimes even to break actual news. It is interesting, but not really reliable.
