The military kicked Geraldo out of Iraq during the war while he was travelling with one of the units. He did a live report in which he knelt down and drew a map in the sand, saying:” Now we’re here, the enemy is over here outisde of the town of __, and we’re getting ready to go this road to engage them....” He put a lot of soldiers in danger with that stunt.
I was surprised at the time that the ranking officer on-site did not immediately have him arrested.
