Adopt immigration rules that are more in tune with the times, as does most of the world's civilized nations: you must bring in a substantial amount of wealth in order to settle here and swear, upon penalty of deportation, that you will not go on any form of welfare.

While researching something totally unrelated for work I stumbled upon the fact that the population of Richmond, after decades of decline, has jumped by 15,000 in just the past five years.

I have heard that the administration has already said there are plans for very quickly making 8.2 million new citizens and paperwork for 30 million has been ordered. The Democrats own the Election with this. All the DoJ enforced vote fraud will be extra. They can have an 80% "blowout" if they determine that is appropriate. More likely the Democrat will be allotted 55 or so % of the vote.
Clinton swore in new citizens in full football stadiums before his re-election so there is precedent. Hussein may have to do it by computer remote as there may not be enough stadium capacity. Or he could simply declare them all citizens. Who is going to object effectively? What will the Court say? no help there and it will take far too long to find that out. Once the vote is taken nothing can alter the results which will be determined in part by Soros control of a significant portion of the tabulation.
