No. If she was female at conception, then she is a she, no matter what she calls herself. She is a woman.
A physically ill woman who has had a mastectomy and hysterectomy is still a woman, and so is a mentally ill woman following the same procedures.
She's still genetically female. She's just like my spayed cats, genetically female but unable to reproduce. Even after spaying and neutering, the cats still exhibit gender-based behavior. I bet that poor, deluded, mutilated woman still behaves essentially like a woman, as well.
