You better read the article. Turns out he’s also a friend of the Bushes and many other politicians on both sides of the aisle. The information he presents is also quite compelling.

Sonnenfeld is no Trumpster, either. That’s apparent. But he seems to have Fiorina pegged legitimately as not CEO material - arrogant, basically, unable to learn either from her own mistakes or from constructive criticism.

I read it before I responded. Sonnenfeld was a combatant in the HP board battle. His side lost. There is nothing in his analysis of HP's business that would get him a passing grade in a Community College business class.
