“This is the same old defeatist drivel we hear all the time from the GOP. Just fill in the blank for whatever problem is facing the country. The GOP will find an excuse to do NOTHING. It is a soulless party of no convictions, courage or beliefs.”
Such is a party run by corporate lobbyists.
And that is exactly what it is. The GOP could care less about its voting base which doesn’t have a clue as to what the party they vote for is really all about. Of course, that’s the way the GOP likes it: “Give us your money and your votes, but we don’t want your principles and convictions.”
The base needs to wake up and stop sleepwalking through elections. They are being taken for a ride.
