I thought that Klein has historically been tight with the Clinton crowd for his political dirt. This story could just be Clintonian-fed psy-ops seeking to tarnish old Joe before he gets in the race?!

My first reaction was “Clinton disinformation campaign” or “Epic Clinton Strawman”
IF there were a deal like this only a few people would actually know about it. Probably six: the Obamas, the Bidens, ValJar and Biden’s top aide/confidante.
NO ONE who would leak this, given the damage it would do.
And actually has already done, now being out there. Obama endorses Biden it “proves” the quid pro quo.
