More on the author.
Leo Kapakos is a seasoned ex-Wall Street executive turned writer. Leo’s very well-versed in finance and economics and isn’t always happy with the way Wall Street conducts itself. A self-described “political junkie”, Leo’s no-nonsense op-eds have taken on politicians, bankers, and the media. Leo is a native New Yorker who is an avid sports fan, classic movie lover, and a dog lover. He has written on all these topics. He has been featured on Socyberty, Sportales, Newsflavor, Bizcovering, CinemaRolling, and EastsideBoxing.com.
Since he likes to cite the Democratic Party’s Public Policy Polling as fact, he is more political flunkie than “junkie.”

Never mind Kapakos’ defense of Zerocare from this article:
The Trumpsters have also bought into the Trump and the GOP talking point that Obamacare is a disaster but Trump will fix it because he has a better plan…whatever that might be. Meanwhile, a recent Gallup poll found that 71 percent of those with coverage in the marketplaces said their coverage was “excellent” or “good.” Over 23 million people are now covered through the Affordable Care Act including 10.3 million people who were previously uninsured dropping the uninsured rate by over 25 percent. This year, premiums in the marketplaces increased an average of 4 percent, in line with what is happening in the employer-based market. Contrast that with the year before the the act became law, 2009 to 2010, when premiums increased an average of “15 percent” for those who purchased coverage in the individual market for more than one year. The ACA marketplaces are creating more choices and competition which is one of the reasons why premiums are remaining relatively flat in the exchanges. This year, the number of insurers offering coverage in the marketplaces has increased 25 percent. The FACTS show that the ACA is doing what it was created to do and the goal should be to improve the law where it needs improving, not re-litigate or repeal like Trump wants. …
No, the facts are against you, Leo.

Exsqueeze us LSM but I believe the term ‘low information voters’ was originally coined from conservative minds. Seems like conservatives know and can define the subject quite well informed and can spot those who are truly low informed and perhaps those of just plain stupid voters. No shortage of them thanks to you LSM’s censors of truth.
