You can be sure that the Trump team has his resume. Either they already knew about him or this DEA guy is throwing Trump a lifeline and telling him where he has friends just like Rush often does during his broadcasts.
There are a lot of people in key positions of power who are fed up but cautious not to get crushed by Obama. The more it looks like Trump is running away with the nomination, the more people in power will reveal themselves as wanting to help Trump. It is already happening.
