Yep, we go through this charade pretending otherwise—but the GOPe has enough convention votes of its own to keep a pretty tight handle on things.

They'll be passing out stink bombs and stirring up internecine skirmishes to try to cover up the real source of the stench.

I’m sure. Which is why I say that Trump (and hopefully Cruz) go Independent and win that way. Neither one of them will get it as a Republican.

I’m sure Rove/Preibus made it clear that if they do that and win, their will be no Congressional support from RINO’s. But if they go to the people a la Ronald Reagan, they’ll be forced to do their jobs, it seems to me.

I worry about this. With the RNC/GOPe stacking the delegates and super delegates, no matter how well a candidate does in the primaries, he may not “win” the nomination.
