That zero day sign reminds me of the “without an accident” sign in a steel mill I worked in. I think we got up into the 20s one time.

I for one was impressed by the latest Jeb Bush campaign video, even if it wasn't all filmed in the USA. I was particularly touched by the scene from the family home movie collection where Jeb's wife Columba Bush helps their young daughter collect flowers.

Oh, sheesh. Follow the link and watch the ad. The producers used some stock footage purchased online. I have no problem with that. There is nothing about the farm field or the construction guy silhouetted against the sky that is meant to convey a particular location. They are entirely generic images.
My question is who identified these clips as having been shot abroad? There is nothing in the clips themselves to tip anyone off. In fact, I would doubt that the people who produced the ad knew, or cared. They were thinking stock image, and that's what they got.

I bet PAC was charged for camera crew, actors, transportation, hotels and meals. Every cloud has a silver lining.

While I am not entirely antagonistic toward Jeb Bush, this ad is BAD. Talking about how we can be better, with a scene featuring antique construction equipment and then a poor farmer moldboarding with a primitive 2-bottom plow is pretty darn lame.

NEWSNOTE: All was proceeding like clockwork today until a confused Governor Bush asked the video director:”Why are all the cars driving the wrong way?”
