This was before the angels visited Lot in Sodom. Just a guess, there are probably more than 10 righteous souls in the U.S., as well as prayers for this nation preventing total destruction for the present. Was the rainbow just a rainbow or a reminder that God has not abandoned us yet? Was the crane just an accident or is it a sign of God's coming judgment of Islam for all to see? I certainly don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if the timing wasn't merely a coincidence.
