It is inconceivable to me the levels that some FReepers are so hell bent on sticking their finger in the GOPe’s eye that they’re willing to rationalize ANYTHING. It is especially inconceivable to me when there are at least two other candidates who embody the entire wish list that we’ve had for 30 years of what we want in a conservative candidate.
The maniacal ravings of the more rabid Trump supporters are EXACTLY reminiscent of all we mocked the libs about when Obama was running...I have never been as sure of my country’s destruction as I am now.
People have good reason to be mad. Trump may be the last gasp of our dying Republic. I think he offers a siren’s song rather than a true vision, but people are willing to try anything at this point. Truly, only God knows, and I doubt He’s very happy, either.
