21 years and under. Again, I would wait for additional news articles written by people who can give insight into the methodology of this study. I have seen too many definitive scientific studies debunked.
In other words, “No.”
They only considered race, not the hospitals.
If black patients with the same complaints got fewer pain killers compared to white patients IN THE SAME HOSPITAL, they might have a case.
But what they have here is not science, it is propaganda.
