Some of ISIS is fleeing from factions that are fighting for a more secular government (Free Syrian Army, etc.). Large numbers of civilians are also fleeing from Assad's attacks on them (barrel bombs, gas, etc.).

It’s embarrassing that on a US conservative website we have pro-Putin propaganda posted all the type praising a leader who threatens his neighbors, invades them, kills their people, all in a covert war against peaceful nations. These know nothings even like to claim Putin as their conservative leader. Shameful.
