In many ways, Australia is more free than the USA.
My point is this -— the terms we use are slowly losing their original meaning and just because a movement or a party uses some word to refer to themselves does not mean that it lives up to its original meaning.
I’ve had enough of people using words like “Affordable” “Good Education” “No Child Left Behind”, etc. And yes, that goes for the words “conservative” or “liberal”.
Between what you say and what you do, I’ll believe the latter thank you.
I am sure you are correct - I just wanted to throw it out there why the “conservative” party in Australia is called “Liberal”.
