Those workers in slaughter houses don’t claim to be sportsmen.

First of all they are only tame because someone keeps them in an enclosure and feeds them.

Second, it is very sporting, it isn’t all that easy to hit them.

no they claim to be people who kill soulless ANIMALS- Cripes- if you are afraid that ‘it’s just a waste to kill and leave animals’ that isn’t true- nothing goes to waste- many creatures will find nourishment off the dead birds-

How many bugs have you killed? What’s the difference between a bug and a low animal? ‘intelligence’? If that is your answer, what is the deciding line for intelligence making something moral or immoral? (note, fleas can be trained to do complex things too- should be avoid spraying for fleas when our dogs get them?)

What exactly is ‘immoral’ about it? That it just leaves dead birds around? Animals kill just for the sake of killing and NOT eating as well- are they immoral? Your cute little house cats will rip each other apart outside the home and leave the other cat to die a slow painful death- no intention of eating the other cat either-

Is it immoral because some people find that practicing shooting skills on pests is ‘fun’? Animals practice hunting and killing with no intention of eating too- they do it for practice- Check out national geographic for examples-

I find it odd that people object to sport hunting but these same people have no qualms over calling the orkin man to kill bugs or mice or rats, or whatever-
