I don’t think the problem is a lack of courage. No organization could possibly be as stupid and inept as the gop scum appear to be. So, let’s assume for a moment that that stupidity and cowardice aren’t the issue. Let’s use occam’s razor. What is the simplest explanation that fits the gop’s behavior if we exclude stupidity and cowardice?

Duplicity happens to fit like a glove. Once you look at the gop through the lens of duplicity and treachery, their behavior makes a lot more sense.
