If the Second Amendment is neutralized only two dangerous groups will have access to guns, criminals and governments.
The 2A will never be neutralized......it is the law of the land.
Any entity, court or otherwose, which claims otherwise will be the criminal. If I am “criminal” for adhering to what the 2A says. I can live with that.
F any politician or group which tries to make me a criminal for something enumerated in the Constitution.
Some time it’s really hard to tell the difference between the two.
