Federal Government Making Up Law & Refusing to Enforce Law is Tyranny
Freedom Outpost ^ | 9/11/2015 | Tony Elliot

The United States is a nation of laws, we have federal laws, state laws, and local laws. One would think all of them are to be followed, yet it depends on the political climate at the time which ones are followed and ignored. Apparently, it also depends on what Federal judge at the time decides what can and cannot be done lawfully.

Case and point, we have Rowan County Kentucky clerk Kim Davis recently released from jail after refusing to issue marriage licenses to homosexual couples. Davis spent 5 nights behind bars because she allegedly broke the law, according to the Supreme Court, which recently stated that homosexuals have the right to get married.

There isn't anything wrong with incarcerating those who break the law, the problem is putting someone in jail for breaking a law that is not even on the books while allowing others to remain free when they break the law and continue to do so on a daily basis. Davis was well within Kentucky state laws regarding the homosexual issue by refusing to issue marriage licenses to them.

If County clerks, or anyone else is to be jailed for refusing to issue marriage licenses to homosexual couples, those who offer sanctuary to illegal aliens should be jailed also. Every mayor and city council member of cities offering sanctuary to people who have broken the law by the simple act of being in this country illegally should be incarcerated for ignoring Federal immigration laws. Yet, to date none have been jailed.

We also have government officials who believe they are above the law in aiding and abetting those we are told are enemies of the US. President Obama, Hillary Clinton, John McCain are the biggest culprits in committing treason by supporting terrorist groups.

President Obama and John McCain tried everything in the book to get the okay to bomb the Assad government in Syria in 2012, helping the rebels there to oust him. The trouble here is these rebels who Obama and McCain wanted to help militarily were factions of Al Qaeda, Muslim Brotherhood, etc.

Not being able to get the approval for bombing the Assad government, the Obama Administration instead, sent these rebel terrorist groups billions of dollars in financial aid, billions in arms, trained them militarily in Jordan in 2012 and 2013, and gave them actual military help on the battlefield. These same terrorist rebels are now known as ISIS and have everything they need, courtesy the US government.

We also have Benghazi where The Obama Administration, Hillary Clinton, and John McCain were responsible for running guns to these same terrorists fighting in Syria.

Yet to date, none of these 3 main terrorist supporters have been prosecuted for their treasonous acts against their country.

The bottom line is, we are either a nation of laws, all of which are to be followed, or are we a country of chaos where the Federal government can selectively deem which laws we are to follow and those we are to ignore? Put simply, we cannot have it both ways, and to allow the Federal government to select which laws we are to follow, some not even on the books or conflicting with some state laws amounts to nothing more than tyranny.

All the tyranny that the idiot savant squatting in the White Hut has spewed forth must be reversed. What Trump has said about cleaning the illegals out of America in two years is what's desperately needed.

In fact, shutting down ALL immigration should happen first. Next all our embassies in nations that hate us, including Mexico, need to be closed and the Obama-appointed ambassadors sacked. No more foreign aid for anyone, but the installation of missiles in nations like Poland and Israel is a must.

All of stupid's EOs must be reversed and the voters, if only they would, must clean out THEIR house of Bozo's enablers. We'd necessarily start with McConnell, Boehner and all the other RINOs.

It’s too bad we can’t bring Saddam Hussein back from the dead. The most important thing this dictator did was to protect Jews and Christians and to bomb Iran on a regular basis.

Thanks to the Bush Clan for exercising their vendetta against Iraq.

We have been under communists rule for years. King Obama is the communists black Muslim terrorists for years. Now with most of the GOP siding with his empire America is finished and may never come back. Trump is desperately needed but even him will have to take years of hard work to undo most of the damage.

The rulers here are pushing this country into a civil war between those who believe in the rule of law and those who believe what ever those in power want decides. This is not going to end well because the money has run out to support the causes. This is looking more like 1859 every day.

A coup has taken place in this country yet few realize it because the stock market is "soaring", the economy is "strongly recovering", the unemployment rate is going "down", and the media and culture are in full cover up mode for the Criminal Class in the District of Corruption who call good evil and evil good.

At least the Soviet Reds had to fight a six year bloody revolution to gain and consolidate power over the White forces. Our Soviets haven't had to fire a shot and our Whites have surrendered at every turn. This was an easy-peasy takeover by our Marxists.

By jove, I believe you’ve hit the proverbial nail upon its head!

We are raped, screwed, tattooed and enslaved by a one party system that simply aches for a violent revolution.

Like the enemies left at the end of the Spanish Revolution, they would either flee or be lined up.

Perhaps one or more of our sacked generals will return to the fold to lead us on to victory.

Very good essay that summarizes well what is happening in this country. Even brain dead liberals might get a clue from it.

Thanks to the Bush Clan for exercising their vendetta against Iraq.

What action should you take when your country is viciously attacked and 3,000 people are slaughtered by 15 terrorist hijackers from Saudi Arabia, 2 from the UAE, 1 Egyptian and 1 Lebanese?

The only way to retaliate is to attack a completely different country, kill their leaders, destroy their infrastructure and abandon them to endless war with gangs of fanatical Islamic cutthroats.
