The Senate should simply have indicated that the deal is a Treaty and therefore must be ratified by 2/3rd of the senate.

It doesn't matter what they call it... IT IS A TREATY. Why? Because only a treaty has the force of law. Existing law, as passed by Congress and signed by the President, is sanctions for Iran. To change that law, you either need a repealing law or a treaty.

I don't care how many times they say it. If it changes our laws, it is a treaty and should be treated as such by the Senate.

Of course it is...that's my whole point.

These career polis, these establishment wankers (on both sides of the aisle), are playing political games with our national security.

They need to be routed out of office like the vipers they are.
