Difference is Trump’s are legitimately funny, delivered with perfect timing and inflection, (rough around the edges at times, admittedly) directed at those that deserve it (Obama, Kerry, Congress and anyone who strikes first) and what everyone else is usually thinking but too afraid to say. Jindal’s, Bush’s, Graham’s, and Perry’s “zingers” are flat, poorly timed and obviously out of desperation and irrelevance. Hey, here’s one, what do those four candidates have in common? Together they don’t equal 10% of the vote.
Trump knows how to bait people, you might say he’s a Master Baiter.
I disagree. Trump usually sounds petty or even dishonest. Jindal came off as funny, though petty.
