Do the feds seize the plane or do the give it back the pilot and tell him to be more careful the next time?
Seizure will depend on who owns the plane. If he was leasing it from another company that company will probably get it back. If he owned it or the owners were part of the plan the it will get seized.
The C90 is a very capable aircraft. Twin turboprop, though I believe unpressurized.
