Guaranteed. It might take a year for them to properly organize, then LOOK OUT ! So we're looking at another 9-11 blame game where it was mostly Clinton's doing but pinned on W which means we're getting a Republican president. The key is whether we get a conservative who will clean house from day one or a GOPe who will repeat W's mistake and keep Obama holdovers in the name of continuity.
