It’s cold and callous of me, but I am past the point of believing that the US needs to anymore step into the eternal fights of the ME. Let them fight it out, because it never, never ends. Those people seem to be born to kill, we would be at perpetual war if we tried to put a final end to it. Let them do what they apparently love to do, kill each other. My only concern would be with protecting Israel, per God’s promise of blessing and curse of nations which either stand with her or oppose her.
I would tend to agree with leaving them to wallow in their own stew, but. This is a genuine genocide, and we have some responsibility as our elected officials (Obama, Clinton) set up the conditions to destabilize the ME. That said, all out no holds barred war is the only intervention I will support. This disgusting filth needs to be soundly smitten, once and for all.
