Ah, the annual shutdown charade. I remember a time way back when each year they would to pass a budget instead. It was a long time ago.
In my entire adult life I can only recall ONE time that Congress/President enacted a formal signed budget by Sep 30, of the fiscal year. Otherwise it was business as usual...’continuing resolutions’ for weeks/months into the Government fiscal year. But with Obama it has been years of ‘continuing resolutions’ (Worst Administration ever!!)
