Yep its a crazy thing isn’t it?

Bill Clinton is a natural politician. He has the charisma and/or ability to connect with people. He enjoys the give and take of politics, giving speeches, doing debates, doing interviews.

None of that rubbed off on Hillary. She is clearly not any sort of natural politician.

I still don’t hate Bill. I hate Hillary but not quite as much as I hate Obama.

Agreed. Bill is a much better chameleon that Hill. I used to have fun turning off the sound when he was on the TV. He was a fake.

From Bob Barr, a month ago:

The fact is, charisma cannot be faked; it cannot be turned on and off at will. You have it or you don’t. Hillary doesn’t have it. If anything, she has negative charisma.

Where Bill was “cool,” Hillary is cold.

Where Bill was smooth, Hillary is hard-edged.

Where Bill was approachable, Hillary is stand-offish.

Where Bill welcomed the media, Hillary hates the media.

Where Bill thrived among adoring crowds and candid exchanges, Hillary insists on tightly controlled environments with canned responses.

Where Bill was able to present his candidacy as the New Wave versus the Old School (George H.W. Bush), Hillary comes across as Old School; especially when contrasted with the many new faces offered to voters by the GOP (Jeb excluded).

Where Bill appeared to be anti-Establishment, Hillary embodies the Establishment.

That's a pretty good summary of the situation. As much as we detested Bill for all the other reasons, we have to admit he's a personable guy and has good people skills.

With Hillary, she's basically trying to cash in on her husband's name and she feels she is "owed" for having put up with Bill's infidelities all those years. She's offended by the notion that she should have to lower herself to this "unsavory politicking" and earn her election like everybody else.

Well, too bad.
