Gunshots fired? How do you fire a gunshot?

Because if you just say "Shots fired" someone might get confused and think someone is mixing up some Flaming Moe's.

“How do you fire a gunshot?” First, someone in Human Resources sends the gunshot a series of warning letters. Then you have at least one supervisory hearing. Document everything. If the gunshot doesn’t change his/her ways, after documented warnings and perhaps some counseling/retraining, then it is permissible to fire the gunshot.

The gunshot should not be fired repeatedly, though, as repeated gunshot firings raise the situation to a whole new level, often involving crisis counselors and psychologists.
