LOL! Because it’s ‘expressive art’. When you (or if) consider all the luxury RVs that were present plus the transport of the Black Rock City residents to and from plus the travel back to wherever they originated plus all the material that was sacrificed for ‘art’, pretty big footprint and waste of resources. No doubt this 34 million dollar(+/-) non-profit got some carbon credits to offset it all.
