Pure BS. The majority of Hispanics entering ilegally are uneducated and unskilled. The same holds true for a significant percentage of legal immigrants. On the job training is how they acquire their skills. Moreover, they get jobs thru familial and other connections.
About ten years ago I had my roof replaced. The all Mexican crew came from the same small village in Mexico.
Did your all Mexican crew have any illegals? If so, did you try to get any white or black roofers? If not, why not?
