Ok, have it your way, but as Trump busts through every ceiling, as he vaults over another “he’s finished this time”, and when he wins the White House in a landslide, at least then, maybe, you can admit that he knows what he’s doing with the press.

Hillary locked up the nomination. The press went full racist on him, in effect firing their best shot early. She got a bounce, he took a lot of flak.
If he’s down by 11 this week, this far out with a major terrorist attack to end the week, I think he’ll do just fine.
