Now, we're getting somewhere. The judge that ordered Kim Davis to be jailed for not breaking the law, but opposing his unlawful orders, is the same judge behind re-educating (indoctrinating) Kentucky student who opposed sodomy. That judge, a Bush appointee no less, was none other than US District Judge David Bunning.
In 2003, the communist American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) sued the Boyd County Board of Education. The suit was to bully the Boyd County High School into allowing a "gay-straight" alliance club to meet. Parents overwhelmingly spoke out against the club, but to no avail. (Hint: Parents who love your kids, get them out of these indoctrination centers now!)
This same group, the ACLU, is also the same organization that filed suit against Kim Davis.
Judge Bunning ordered the allowance of the sodomite-straight club on campus, despite the fact that he had no jurisdiction to do so.
He wrote in his ruling, "Absent a preliminary injunction, plaintiffs will be unable to meet at school, unable to benefit from a forum for discussion with other students who are suffering the effects of harassment based on sexual orientation, and unable to work with other students to foster tolerance among all students."

But Bunning also required the school district to implement training as part of a settlement, which mandated school staff and students to undergo diversity education, "a significant portion of which would be devoted to issues of sexual orientation and gender harassment."
However, a number of students objected to being forced to watch a video that asserted that it is wrong to oppose homosexuality and that a person's sexuality cannot be changed. They discovered that they could not opt-out of the training without being penalized, and contacted the legal organization Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) for assistance.
ADF then sued the Boyd County Board of Education over the matter on behalf of student Timothy Morrison and his parents, who said that the re-education requirement "effectively forces the students to speak in agreement with the school district's view that homosexuality is a safe and healthy lifestyle that cannot be changed."
But in 2006, Bunning again ruled that the students must watch the video and could not opt-out because of their Christian identity, stating that the education "rationally related to a legitimate educational goal, namely to maintain a safe environment." He said that the training wouldn't mean that students would have to change their religious beliefs, therefore, an opt-out was unnecessary.
Bunning then denied the students request who were refusing the training.
"Plaintiffs are not requesting that a student absent from the training be considered an 'excused' or that the Board offer an alternate assignment on the issue of diversity. Rather, they seek to opt-out of the training altogether," Bunning wrote.
"Given the requirements of the consent decree, the Board cannot meet this demand. Moreover, as there is no burden on plaintiffs' freedom of speech, free exercise or other constitutional right, there is simply no basis for an opt-out," he added.
He then appealed to a First Circuit ruling, in which he noted, "If all parents had a fundamental constitutional right to dictate individually what the schools teach their children, the schools would be forced to cater a curriculum for each student whose parents had genuine moral disagreements with the school's choice of subject matter."
That, my friends, is statism, plain and simple. But, of course, the schools can push any depravity, historical revisionism and even religion they want to, so long as the state agrees that it is so.
Parents, the state does not own your children. They are a gift to you from God (Psalm 127-28). You are to teach them diligently (Deuteronomy 6), not the state. The more you send your children to state indoctrination, the more they will think like statists, and, like the communist Chinese, they will turn your children against you. I have already provided sources and means for you to begin educating your precious children on your own for free… and you can do it!
This judge's previous ruling and the ruling against Mrs. Davis demonstrates that he should be impeached, charged and justice be brought down upon him... and if those who took the oath to uphold the law, namely Sheriff Jack Carter won't carry out the enforcement of the law, then it is up to the people to carry it out. What will you do people of Rowan County Kentucky?

"On December 10, 2001, representatives of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Federal Judiciary testified before the United States Senate Committee of the Judiciary for the AMA's majority opinion that Bunning was unqualified for the position of a Federal District Court Judge due to his age of 35, a lack of complex civil case experience as a federal attorney, and his "middle-of-the-class law school" experience at the University of Kentucky."

Well if Judge Bunning isn’t married and is gay I see a huge problem with his ruling because it means it wasn’t impartial and objective. Moreover I wonder who contacted his office initially to get him involved in the process? These qre questions that need to be answered because he has set a dangerous precedent.

The perfect game was on Father's Day 1964, when Bunning was pitching for the Phillies. I was 10, watching the game at our South Jersey home, on a big B&W that my father had moved into the back yard so that he and Poppop (my mother's father) could watch it on channel 6, while grilling hamburgers and drinking Rolling Rock.
These atrocities are going to simply roll over us unless we stand and do something now. Legal actions, indeterminable lawsuits and court proceedings are only giving the homosexual agenda valuable time to damage our children and our society more. If every parent who objects to this nonsense would simply stop participating in it, it would damage them where it hurts. It’s time for Christians and even non Christians who realize what damage this is going to do to our society and our children to follow their conscience. The time has come to refuse to subject their precious children to this vile evil.
Our precious children are now required by law to be instructed, indoctrinated and guided by sexual perverts. Just what would it be that these people could further inflict on our educational system that would finally move parents to withdraw their irreplaceable treasures from their reach? If it isn’t the present perversion of the nature of male and female then what; Pedophilia? Bestiality? Necrophilia? After all, those are just preferences and “differences” too but somehow a number of them have managed to make their perversions legal and the objection to serving them or submitting our children to them illegal. You can be sure that the rest will follow.
It’s time to stop enabling these perversions and the twisted legal system that is supporting them. If not, there are worse abominations to follow. How much is enough?

Every Bible believing Christian within reasonable driving distance, and even those who are not who can afford the trip; who are not standing outside that jail in solidarity with Kim Davis’ stand against the LGBT agenda are the unwitting tools, not her. It’s her objection and her stand that is the platform; not her political affiliation or her past. That’s exactly how a sexual perversion got to be “the law of the land.” It wasn’t the paltry percentage of the population that is perverted that made that possible. It’s the overwhelming majority of the population that did nothing.
It is coming. I tell my preacher and fellow members that. The Preacher says, “I know”. The fellow members are in denial.
Bunning sounds like he might be a bunghole bandolero himself.

Agonizing forced injections of painful chemical psychotropic chemicals to destroy the coherent brain functions would do wonders in elimination of whatever mental and resistance capacity these erring students might possess. And best of all, it would likely be permanent!
I rather doubt that this is an orchestrated spectacle with all parties playing their part. Rather, it is more likely that Ms. Davis just saw an opportunity for fame and seized it. However, I’ve no doubt that Judge Bunning is well aware of his part in the fundamental transformation of America that our ruling elite envision. There should be no doubt that the ruling elite have been aspired to transform the US into an anti-Christian nation of its own design for quite some time. SCOTUS and inferior federal courts have been actively involved in this transformation since about June 25, 1962. It is not going to stop with the licensing of homosexual marriage.
Two decades ago Cal Thomas recognized that the US was then already a post-Christian nation. It is now far along in its transformation into an anti-Christian nation. This has profound implications to the way Christians should regard their secular government.
