Her last words before leaving were, “All is well.”

Kim Davis reminds me of the Book of Acts, more specifically, when Simon Peter and John were imprisoned for being faithful to Jesus.

They were not just at peace with their imprisonment, but they were actually joyful that they were able honor Jesus through being persecuted.

Although I am upset that Kim is in prison, at the same time, I am not worried about her because I sense she is glad to be able to serve Jesus in this way.

My prayers and thoughts are with Kim.

Your words really impacted me, and thank you for them. I just got home from synagogue where the Rabbi was talking about Peter being in prison, and how the shackles were sprung from his arms. Right behind that he talked about Kim Davis, connected it like you did.

I pray she is strengthened in her spirit, that her worship and praise of the Holy One resound throughout the prison she’s in!! Just like the jailer in Peter’s day, may those around her receive the word of God!

That girl has a crown coming to her!
