Roberts opinion in the dissent is not the order from the court. You know that, don’t you?
Only the germane portions of the laws are now rendered null. The rest of the laws still stand.
Unless you show the savings clause in the Kentucky law you cannot say that. But, we’ve gone over this ground before. You’ll say X, and I’ll say Y, and we’ll end up back at this point again. I think it’s about the 3rd circuit for us today.
My question to you this time is more basic. Do Christians have a right to live their faith in America, or do they just have freedom of worship?
Do you think Roberts knew he was writing the dissent or do you think he thought he was writing the majority opinion?
