Whoopie! I wasn't familiar with the Quds Force either until reading this article. Years ago, I took the State Department qualifying exam and scored in the top 1% and was invited to an interview. If I recall, only the top 5% would qualify for interviews.
I seriously doubt ObaMao would even score in the top 50%.
