According to one hacker, after accessing any server and it’s code base, stripping away everything that is related to that server will reveal links to other servers ... and so on until the hacker gains Admin on federal systems - as the Chinese did.
It may turn out that the hack to H’s server led to the successful hacking of OPM and other federal databases. It may also turn out that her server set up was deliberate - to permit such hacking. It would just be another feather in Barry’s “Destruction of the US” hat.
According to some we have the capability to block all this hacking, but are not implementing it. Ask Barry?
