I know where it is. I just find it strange they put her there. I had a devil of a time locating her. If she lived in Rowan County then way was she not in the Rowan County jail?
I think the court is in Ashland, which is in Boyd County. Carter is between Rowan & Boyd. Ashland has a minimum level Federal penitentiary in Summit.Pete Rose spent some quality time there. Wonder why they didn’t hold her nearby?
Surprised none of the TV comedians have not jumped on the name County seat. Morehead. Seems a natural considering the situation.
