I may be wrong, but I believe a County Sheriff can refuse to house a Federal prisoner.

You are correct but there are very few who have the balls to do it.

The only guts they have enough to do is harass people like this lady here.

They do not want to lose their stipends from the FERAL government for their militarization equipment.

I better stop before I go to far.
