She was directly elected by her constituents and they are her boss not the federal courts.

I do not expect the Democrat Governor to oppose the Federal Government overreach. In fact, many politicians from both Parties have all but officially surrendered States Rights and Individual Citizens Rights to the arbitrary rule of Washington D.C.
