So can’t the Gov call an emergency session?The last thing the legislature wants to do is get in the middle of this. It's a no-win. If they impeach her they've caved to the left. If they don't impeach her, it's still between her and the federal judge.

So can’t the Gov call an emergency session? The governor told her to do her job and issue marriage licenses so I don't see him all eager to call a special session.
