If one is going to go down that road, shouldn’t the action that is taken in this case be to dismiss her, not to personally penalize her in some other manner. She is so obviously a focus of this new jihad, to punish for malice’s sake.

She is subject to impeachment by the state legislature. I would imagine that if the voters of the county petitioned to do a special election for the purpose of recalling her, that could happen as well.
But she can't be dismissed, per se.
