Leading into this year's Labor Day holiday, 52% of U.S. union members approve of President Barack Obama's job performance, down slightly from 56% in the first quarter of 2015 and one percentage point above his personal low among this group. At the same time, the average rating of the president among those who are not union members has been flat at 46%.
.....Results for this Gallup poll are based on telephone interviews conducted July 1-Aug. 30, 2015, on the Gallup U.S. Daily survey, with a random sample of 25,795 working adults, aged 18 and older, living in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Obama is a disaster.
“Obama is a disaster. “
Obama isn’t on the ballot! Obama is now irrelevant!
But they’re still ready for Hillary.
” Obama is now irrelevant!” We wish.
So, Labor day is this weekend. Anybody seen the schedule for when “My Fat Lazy Ass On The Couch” day is? Or EBT celebration day?
EBT Day has been scheduled to coordinate with the JUST US or ELSE...demonstration in D.C. on October 10
Looks like the union members may be starting to figure out just whose jobs those mexican immigrants will be taking.
I shall mark my calendar to make sure I don’t miss it.
“Obama is now irrelevant!”
Sadly he will be president for over a year.
He will continue to overuse Executive Orders to get his way.
He will continue to drive bureaucratic actions against business and the country at large.
Anger about his overreach (and the complicity of the Republican establishment) is helping drive this election and will continue to do so.
Union will still back leftists
That is probably very true with private sector union members that once manufactured things. When it comes to public sector unions or non-manufacturing unions, such as those in service, hospitality and health care unions it probably isn't the case.
America needs to make things again. This is THE winning message. We have the raw materials. We have the distribution channels. We have the talent (in most cases it doesn't take talent, it takes trained repetition.) And one of the world's largest economies is right here in America. There is no reason why we cannot provide for ourselves while also being the world's largest exporter of durable goods.
We simply need less government, less regulation, true national and individual pride, and fair global trade. The latter being one function of government that is needed.
“Sadly he will be president for over a year.”
Yes, but there is little or nothing that can be done to blunt whatever remaining FU’s ha has in store for us all. So our efforts should be toward electing his replacement and thereby have the means to overturn everything he’s done.
But equally importantly,we need to deal with the Quislings in the GOPe. They are really worse than Obama in that they promised us they would do certain things and have not done any of them.
That’s still a majority.
#1 answer: Because he’s not Scott Walker.
