According to Facebook (take that as you will), the manager backed up the employee in the refusal of service. If that's the case, then the counter help, AND the manager, should be gone - and that location's franchise revoked.
If not, that translates as Arby's Corporate supports the local franchise's decisions.

If true, employee and manager need to be sent to the house. If not, if I were an officer I wouldn’t break my neck responding to a call from this location anytime soon, tell them to call black lives matter for assistance the next time there is trouble.

Isn’t it a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for a restaurant to refuse service to ANYONE?
To: ponygirl
they didn’t apologize, they practiced damage control. had they been serious, they would have made sure that the employee was fired, and that the manager made some concrete good-will gesture. when i was in the business, every cop in uniform got a free waffle. the cost was so insignificant that it never showed up at all, the cops loved us, and we never had any problems with unrulies.

Sounds like the officer needs to come out as “gay” and sue the employee, franchisee and main office for discrimination.
And not stop until he has drained every stinking one of them of their futures.

The CEO and a Senior Vice President both call to apologize, and deal with a PR nightmare, and people here think there's a chance the offending employee wasn't fired, really?
