Don't shoot my dawg and we csn talk before going George Hitcho...
The POTUS have declaired that the cops can make up law on the spot. You, however are required to lnow all of the law. Kool....
Good one. How long have you been saving that? Getting in so quick like that?
A disgruntled drug informant is getting even with someone.
A "black lives matter" set up.
Well, they’ll have to work it a lot harder-next door neighbor states homeowner was “un-armed” when the Keystone cops entered the residence. Homeowner was shot from behind in leg whilst running out the back door from what he thought was a home invasion. Cop that was shot by fellow cop is still hospitalized in stable condition. Homeowner was treated and released.
This per 10 o’clock Atlanta news...
Poodle or pitibull, dogs are fair game to the Po-po.
From earlier... they had no address, just a street... it was cookie cutter houses, they thought it was a likely one...
The home owner might win the tax recipient lottery, but the (in this case bungling) cops will keep their jobs.
I find it odd that the dispatcher did not ask the person the address. The caller just can’t say the color of the house. I wonder if the caller is a foreigner (not the band).
911 call from a cell phone...
Thanks.

Click the link to be added to the "Whoops. Sorry, citizen. We thought you were someone else" PING list.
It was likely called in by someone driving by using their cell phone. They had little to no idea where they were and were miles away before the call even dispatched.
We run calls all the time where they cannot even tell you which direction they are headed or what city they are in.
Its an easy fix: when calls with little to no information like that come in the police should just ignore all of them. Quit responding. Let homeowners and citizens fend for themselves at all costs because the police are unsure which residence they should respond too. If the threat is real then (Oh Well) at least they didnt shoot a dog or the wrong person.
Gee, I wonder if they also receive training on PROPER, civil procedure?
For instance, couldn't they have put one cop at the front door and one at the back, then knock?
Heck, you could wind up in the wrong Levittown. There’s one in New York and one in Pennsylvania.
You try and stay under the radar and you’re not even safe in your own house.
Cops spend all that time getting dolled up in their fantasy gear. They just have to kill something to make it seem worthwhile.
Poor pooches' families cannot sue you.............
Good idea. Expect homeowers to defend their property. Call for the cops to write up the report.
From what I read elsewhere, a woman in the residence called 911 during the shooting. Maybe the guy's wife. A hard telephone line will pinpoint the residence. The original caller called from a cell phone but didn't give an address, and he heard the gunfire down the block from where he called it in. Seems to me that the cops should have found the original caller first and obtained more information before acting like idiots barging into just anyone's house.
